21st ANITA Science Workshop
The annual meeting of Australia’s theoretical astrophysics community.
About the workshop
The ANITA workshop aims to provide a review of theoretical astrophysics in Australia, facilitate collaboration and build the community of theoretical astrophysicists. All topics in theoretical astrophysics are covered, and as always, early career researchers are particularly encouraged to contribute talks.
The workshop follows the AI for Astrophysics Summer School (8–10 February) at the same venue, and you can register for both with a single form.
Call for talks
Talks are requested through the registration form: tick “give a talk” and add a title and an abstract of up to 250 words. Talk slots will be allocated by the organising committee once abstracts close on 1 December. As is traditional for an ANITA workshop, we are hoping to offer a talk to everyone who submits an abstract.
J-P Macquart Best Student Talk Prize. The annual ANITA workshop honours the memory of Jean-Pierre Macquart from Curtin University with a prize for the best student talk. All student talks are considered.
